AUTHOR INFORMATION

Authors are invited to submit a full 6-page paper according to given guidelines. Only electronic submissions will be accepted via the web at Paper Submission. Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

At least one author of each paper MUST register for the Conference by July 28, 2006 for papers to be included in the program. Each presenter is allowed to present maximum two papers.

PAPER FORMAT GUIDELINES

Your paper must comply with the following specifications. By using our templates you will automatically meet the guidelines.

  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11")

  • Paper Length: Maximum 6 pages, including figures, tables & references

  • Paper formatting: single spaced, 9pt font or larger

  • Margins: Top: 0.75" (19mm), Bottom: 1.0" (25mm), Left & Right: 0.68" (17mm)

  • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file

  • PDF distilled version: 1.4 (Acrobat 5.0) or earlier

  • File Format: PDF only

  • File Size Limitation: 2.0MB

  • Do NOT page number your abstract

  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

CORRECTIONS FOR COMMON ERRORS (new)

  • Do NOT use page numbers.

  • Rearrange the affiliation according to the template.

  • Do not forget to remove the affiliation from the bottom of page 1 after the above rearrangement.

  • Do NOT use alternative names instead of “Abstract”, “Index Terms” and “INTRODUCTION”.

  • Do not forget “Index Terms”.

  • The word “Abstract” and “Index Terms” should be followed by (-) and NOT by (:).

  • The first character on the first line of INTRODUCTION should be uppercase of size 28pt as shown on the template.

  • First line of the first paragraph of every SECTION must start with a gap.

  • Use the template margins: Top: 0.75" (19mm), Bottom: 1.0" (25mm), Left & Right: 0.68" (17mm), gap between columns: 0.1" (2.5mm).

  • Tables and figures should NOT violate the margins.

  • Use US letter as PDF printing format and NOT A4 (Such a case causes margin violations).
